Product Shipping

Do we refund shipping?

NO REFUNDS on shipping, no exceptions.

When will we ship your order?

Processing time is 1-2 days, shipping times are 2-5 days.

What if my package is lost/missing?

Once we provide your tracking number, KLuxeAllure is no longer responsible for the package. Please call the shipping company and file a claim in order to resolve your packages problem.

Do we offer returns?

Once your order is placed & paid for there are NO RETURNS on any products, all final sale.

Waxing

What are the basic aftercare steps?

- After wax, no hot showers.

- After wax, avoid physical activities.

- After 48 hours of wax, exfoliate & hydrate everyday.

- Do not pick at ingrown hairs.

- Use proper post-wax products.

What is the waxing policy?

- Exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment.

- Come clean and showered.

- No caffeine the day of.

- Be on time!

Lash Extensions

How do I book a lash appointment?

To have a secure booking, a NON-REFUNDABLE downpayment of $15 must be made - this goes for any service requested. Your remaining balance must be paid in cash, or if you must use another method (i.e. CashApp, PayPal), a $5 inconvenience fee will be charged and added to your total. NO REFUNDS are given for any service.

How should I come to my lash appointment?

When arriving, please ensure that your eyes are product free - no makeup, no mascara, contacts etc.

Lashes must be COMPLETELY CLEAN, free from all debris and dirt. If you have irritated eyes or are suffering from pink eye, swollen eyes etc., I will NOT service you.

No extra guests are allowed at the time of your appointment.

Please ensure that you are properly parked, as well.

What is the late/cancellation policy for appointments?

If you are late to your appointment, you will be charged a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment will automatically be cancelled & you will have to reschedule.

If you decide to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24hrs before your set appointment time. Any cancellation after the 24hr period will result in a 50% charge of your selected service.

If you are a 'No Call, No Show', this will result in a 100% charge of your selected service.

If you have COVID-19 symptoms or are not feeling well at the time of your appointment (or days before) please cancel your appointment for the safety of client & lash tech.

What are the basic lash care tips?

Avoid getting your lashes wet for 48hrs.

Avoid steam, heat & water.

Do not wear mascara.

Avoid eye makeup.

Avoid oily products; use water/oil free products.

Brush your lashes daily (a spooly will be provided after your appointment).

Wash your lashes daily with KLuxeAllure Lash Shampoo ($15).

Do not sleep on your face or pull on your lashes.

No saunas/tanning beds for 48hrs.

How do I book an after hour appointment?

Contact KLuxeAllure for any after-hour appointment/fit-in appt. All squeeze-ins or after hours are $35 extra.
